采用分类分级、分层解析的思路，从交通脉络、交通节点、交通场所、交通服务、交通安全等五大维度系统性归纳 16 大类 33 小类关键影响因素，形成一套比较成熟、可复制推广的城中村交通综合治理系统性分析策略与方法，并提炼出空间局促与用地紧约束条件下可供推广的“微设计、微创新、微改造”手段。以光明区南庄新村为案例，契合理论制定详细交通综治规划设计方案。方案实施后，城中村市容市貌与交通运行环境得到大幅改善。本文可为其他城市系统性开展城中村交通综合治理提供理论与实践参考。

Adopting a classification-and-hierarchy-based analytical approach， this paper systematically summarizes 16 major categories and 33 subcategories of key influencing factors across five dimensionstraffic networks， traffic nodes， traffic venues， traffic services， and traffic safety. It synthesizes a mature and replicable set of systematic analytical strategies and methods for comprehensive traffic management in urban villages， and distills “micro-design， micro-innovation， and micro-renovation”measures that can be promoted under conditions of constrained space and tight land use. Taking Nanzhuang New Village in Guangming District as a case study， this paper formulates a detailed comprehensive traffic planning and design scheme aligned with the theoretical framework. After implementation， the urban village's appearance and traffic operation environment are significantly improved. This paper can serve as both a theoretical and practical reference for other cities seeking to systematically carry out comprehensive traffic management in urban villages.
